Raw material preparation: The main raw materials for making glass bottles include quartz sand, limestone, sodium alkali, etc. These raw materials need to be screened, cleaned and ground for use in subsequent processes.

Glass melting: Put the processed raw materials into a high-temperature furnace for high-temperature melting. Generally, the glass melting temperature needs to be above 1100°.

Injection molding: The molten glass is injected into the mold through an injection molding machine. After cooling and solidification, the mold is opened to form a glass bottle.

Inspection: To ensure that the bottle is free from blemishes and defects during use

Packaging and shipping: Finally, the finished glass bottles are packed into boxes or pallets for packaging and shipment.
